At JDM By MBJ, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping across Australia. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: If an item needs to be sourced from one of our suppliers, processing times may be extended. We will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible once it arrives.

- Express Postage: 2–5 business days

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery via Australia Post.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, JDM By MBJ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. We are happy to assist by providing proof of postage and any required order details.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. JDM By MBJ is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At JDM By MBJ, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, please review our policy below.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
