Return Policy – JDM By MBJ
At JDM By MBJ, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before returning any items.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges under any circumstances
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked postage service, as JDM By MBJ is not responsible for any lost or undelivered return parcels.
Order Cancellation
- JDM By MBJ does not offer cancellations on any orders unless the item ordered is out of stock.
- Once an Order has been place, its is considered final
- Postage or shipping costs are not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund requests
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in to your account once processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be approved depending on stock availability. Please contact us before sending any exchange requests.
