🚨 What’s Changing?

From 31 May 2026, new parcel lodgement requirements will come into effect. These changes mean that recipient contact details will now be mandatory for all parcel deliveries.

This applies to most shipping services, including:

  • Parcel Post 
  • Express Post

📲 What This Means for You

To continue receiving your orders without delays, you must provide at least one of the following at checkout:

  • A valid email address, and/or
  •  A valid Australian mobile number

Without this information:

  • We cannot complete your order shipment
  • Shipping labels cannot be generated 
  • our order may be delayed or placed on hold

These changes are being introduced to:

  • Improve delivery communication 
  • Provide better tracking updates
  • Ensure smoother and more secure parcel deliveries

When placing an order with JDM By MBJ:
✔ Double-check your contact details before checkout
✔ Ensure your email and/or mobile number is correct
✔ Keep your details up to date for future orders
